Once you have your plants and tools, it's time to get your hands dirty! Gently remove your plant from its temporary pot, loosen any tangled roots, and place it in its new home. Ensure it's at the correct depth and then backfill with soil, lightly pressing around the base. Give it a good drink of water to help it settle in.
